WHAT IT IS
This large Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure spins 360 degrees when rolled across a flat surface, thanks to wheels on the bottom of the toy. These characters have large, posable arms that bend and twist easily. The top half of the 12-inch toy spins clockwise when moved forward or counter-clockwise when rolled backward.
